Zane is the Chair of the Building Committee and sits on the Board of the club.
He is a long term Orewa resident and club member.
From a sales and marketing background, his recent employment history is over a decade with local government, firstly as a Rodney District Councillor and then working with ATEED on Economic Development.
His business networks and knowledge around regulatory issues has been invaluable to the
John is a Life Member of the club and current President. He also is a Director of Surf Lifesaving Northern Region.
John has 30 years commercial banking experience with experience in a wide range of property development projects.
John is heading the fundraising campaign for the project.
Peter has been living on the Coast for 11 years. He and his family have been club members for 9 years.
He sits on the Board of Trustees at Carmel College, is a Director of Carmel College Auckland Ltd and a member of the NZ Institute of Directors.
Through his long career as a senior Commercial Banking and Property Finance specialist at ASB Bank Peter brings a wealth of experience in managing all aspects of property development projects.
Brendan is a long term Orewa resident and club member.
He is a local Property Developer bringing those experiences and knowledge to the project.
Terry is a successful businessman now retired to Orewa.
He has served on two industry boards and held positions on the Boards of several volunteer organisations.
He has been involved with several redevelopment projects for other sporting and volunteer organisations and brings this experience to our team.
Steve is a long term member of the club.
He co-owns a medium sized construction company specialising in commercial building.
His “hands on” experience of the actual building process has been invaluable in the project thus far.
Wayne has been a member of the club for many years and is a Life Member. He is well known throughout the local community.
A long term local tradesman, he has a wide network in the building industry and provides a good sounding board for different aspects of the project.
A relative newcomer to Orewa, Luke joined the club 3 years ago.
He has over 20 years of property development and management experience and is currently the Group General Manager – Property for the Giltrap Group.
He has a breadth of technical expertise in a range of property disciplines and sectors, with a focus on project planning and management.
He is leading the technical aspect of planning bringing a professional approach and discipline to the project.
